Navigating Parenting

Navigating Parenting is a group that uses art and other modalities to explore parental anger, trauma, parenting strategies, self-care, attachment, positive discipline, and more. It focuses on rebuilding and strengthening relationships between parents and children. It also focuses on the importance of connection and communication. This program is for all parents, regardless of the child’s age, or whether the child is in the parent’s care.

• Healthy Relationships and Parenting
• Attachment and Connecting with Our Children
• Making the most of your visits or Providing Predictability
• Play and Creative Expression

• Managing Parental Anger
• Trauma and Resilience
• Boundaries and Parenting
• Parenting and Intimate Partner Violence
• Parenting and Grief
