This hands-on, interactive workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of neurodiverse children to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity and build practical skills for everyday life. Together, we’ll explore the concept of neurodivergence, how sensory differences shape behavior, and the emotional impact these experiences can have on both children and parents.
Parents will learn how to recognize and respond to overstimulation and meltdowns. We will also focus on the parent’s well-being—examining emotional dysregulation, coping strategies, and the importance of self-care. Through sensory simulations, group discussion, and resource sharing, families will leave with personalized action plans and tangible tools they can start using right away.
You are not alone in this journey—and this workshop is here to support, empower, and connect you with others navigating similar paths.
