Roots of Resilience

Roots of Resilience is a  youth, school-based program to support youth experiencing issues related to violence and/or mental health challenges. Each week, participants have the opportunity to explore different topics through discussion, art and interactive activities. A safe and supportive space for teens to share and connect with one another.

Program Topics include:

  • Relationships and Boundaries
  • Identity Exploration
  • Self-Esteem
  • Bullying
  • Self-Care and more!
