SUMMARY:Taming Worry
DESCRIPTION:April 30- June 18 \nThursday evening \n6-7pm for ages 7-9 or 7:30-8:30pm for ages 10-13 \nLocation: Saskatoon Community Service Village (506 25th St E\, Saskatoon) \nFees: $225 \nAn 8-week group program for anxious children ages 7-13 and their caregivers. Families will learn ways to cope with anxiety and learn about how worry manifests in the brain and body. This is done through hands-on therapeutic activities and psychoeducation.
