There will be guided weekly discussions on topics such as working through managing behaviours, parenting fears, connecting with your child, emotional regulation and co-regulation, mental health and wellness, and creating support networks.

This program is for all parents and caregivers, regardless of the child’s age, or whether the child is in the parent’s care.
