There will be guided weekly discussions on topics such as working through managing behaviours, parenting fears, connecting with your child, emotional regulation and co-regulation, mental health and wellness, and creating support networks.

This program is for all parents and caregivers, regardless of the child’s age, or whether the child is in the parent’s care.

The program is offered in varying locations, contact Tera at 306.222.3345 to register or for more information.
