A free virtual support group for parents and caregivers navigating the often isolating and overwhelming journey of raising a child with complex medical needs. This group provides a safe, compassionate space for parents and caregivers of children and youth with conditions such as feeding tubes, tracheostomies, seizure disorders, or other chronic or life-threatening medical needs to connect with others who truly understand. Through guided discussions, participants will explore both the joys and challenges of caregiving while focusing on emotional well-being, self-care, mental health, strengthening connection with their child, and building supportive networks.
