Location: Saskatoon Community Service Village (506 25th St E, Saskatoon)

Fees: $225

An 8-week group program for anxious children ages 7-13 and their caregivers. Families will learn ways to cope with anxiety and learn about how worry manifests in the brain and body. This is done through hands-on therapeutic activities and psychoeducation. There is a simultaneous group for caregivers to learn how to support their child. $225 fee per child with funding options available.
