Survivor 101

Survivor 101 is a group program for youth ages 14-18 experiencing issues related to violence and/or mental health challenges. Each week, participants explore different topics through discussion, art and interactive activities.  It is a safe and supportive space for participants to share and connect. Topics explored during group include:

  • Relationships
  • Stress and Teen Pressures
  • Communication
  • Substance Abuse
  • Anger
  • Self Harm
  • Suicidal Ideation
  • Depression
  • Grief and Loss
  • Life after High School
The program is offered in varying elementary and high school locations across Saskatoon. Contact your school counsellor to register or to inquire about the program.
